The service

FlowLinr helps you track obligations and suggests when to act on them. Dates, windows and suggestions are guidance based on the information you provide. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and they do not replace official deadlines set by anyone else.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations. Keep your account details secure and make sure the information you enter is accurate — reminders can only be as good as the dates behind them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other people's workspaces, or interfere with its operation.

Payment

Paid plans and AI top-ups are billed through our payment provider. Top-ups are credited once payment is confirmed. Refunds reverse any unused purchased allowance.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect.

Ending your use

You can close your account at any time and export your data first.
