This page describes what the product does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we store

The obligations you create, the contexts you attach to them (vehicles, people, documents), your account details, and the history of changes you make. History is kept deliberately: it is what lets you undo something and see what a record looked like before.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not put the content of your obligations into analytics.
• We do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

AI features

When you ask the assistant a question, a summarised, minimised view of the relevant records is sent to the configured AI provider to answer it. The assistant can only propose changes; it never creates or alters anything without your explicit acceptance.

Calendar connections

Calendar access is read-only and only for the calendars you choose. Credentials are encrypted at rest and cleared when you disconnect. Imported events stay events until you convert one into an obligation yourself.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data from within the app, and you can decline analytics at any time. Deleting your account removes your records; anonymised aggregate counts already recorded do not identify you and are retained.
